Allow me to introduce myself...

Hello Everyone!

I am Travesia - affectionately known as “Vessy.” Baking has been a big part of my life for 27 years. I can remember helping my mom make her well-loved Red Velvet Cake beginning at the age of eight. After I perfected the recipe, it was my responsibility to make three red velvet cakes every year for Christmas. This is where my passion for baking was born! Knowing that I could perfect something that was difficult for others and people really wanted to eat it made me try my hand at other baked goods--such as my Granny’s famous Peach Cobbler. Baking in the kitchen soon became an outlet for me.

Pouring all the love that I felt into what I create makes me feel as if I can help people heal one bite at a time. With this thought in mind, Let Them Eat Cake, LLC was born in 2019. All of my desserts are homemade and served fresh, and it is my hope that you truly feel the “LOVE IN EVERY BITE!”
